Terms of Use
Effective date: May 24, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to the SetVision Management website, public digital experiences, and related client operations workflows.
Use of the Website and Services
You may use the SetVision website and related digital workflows only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of our systems.
Information submitted through the website, CRM workflows, agreement requests, onboarding forms, or communication channels must be accurate and authorized by the person submitting it.
Client Relationships
Viewing this website or contacting SetVision does not create a client relationship by itself. A client relationship begins only when SetVision and the client complete the required onboarding, agreement, and approval process.
Specific services, fees, responsibilities, and deliverables are governed by the applicable signed agreement between SetVision and the client.
Electronic Agreements and Signatures
SetVision may send agreements for electronic signature through DocuSign or another approved electronic signature provider.
If you receive an agreement for signature, the information inserted into that document may include your name, email address, mailing address, agreement date, and other details required for the specific agreement type.
By signing electronically, you agree that the electronic signature and completed document may have the same effect as a handwritten signature, subject to the terms of that agreement and applicable law.
Payments and Invoices
SetVision may issue invoices or payment links through approved payment providers. Payment obligations, due dates, refunds, and late fees are governed by the signed agreement or invoice terms provided to the client.
Do not submit payment information through any channel unless it is a secure payment link or approved payment method provided by SetVision.
No Professional Advice by Website Use
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
Where a client engagement involves professional services, the scope and responsibility for those services will be defined in the applicable written agreement and may involve third-party professionals.
Third-Party Services
SetVision workflows may rely on third-party services such as DocuSign, Google services, email providers, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and secure database or storage providers.
Those third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limits, and security practices.
Intellectual Property
The SetVision name, branding, website content, graphics, operating workflows, and related materials are owned by SetVision or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit SetVision materials without written permission.
Account and Security Responsibilities
If you are given access to any SetVision portal or private workflow, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for notifying SetVision promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
SetVision may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect clients, operators, systems, or data.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SetVision is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or third-party service interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms limits obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law or under a separate signed agreement.
Updates
SetVision may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
