Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SetVision Management collects, uses, stores, and protects information through its website, client operations, CRM workflows, and connected service providers.

Information We Collect

We may collect contact information, profile information, business relationship details, messages, documents, meeting details, and information you provide through forms, email, DocuSign, Google services, or other approved business tools.

For clients and prospects, this may include name, email, phone number, address, school or organization, sport, billing or agreement status, onboarding materials, and documents needed to provide management and operations services.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, manage client relationships, prepare agreements, coordinate onboarding, schedule calls, send operational communications, create invoices or payment links, organize documents, and maintain internal records.

We may also use information to improve SetVision systems, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and document operator actions through audit logs.

Connected Services

SetVision may use approved third-party providers such as DocuSign for electronic signatures, Google services for email, calendar, and Drive workflows, Resend or similar email providers for outbound communications, payment providers for invoice links, and Supabase for secure application data storage.

When these services are connected, information is shared only as needed to complete the requested workflow, such as sending an agreement for signature or filing a signed PDF in a client document folder.

Document and Agreement Handling

Documents submitted to or generated by SetVision may be stored in secure systems used for client operations. Signed agreements may be stored in SetVision records and, where configured, in a client-specific Google Drive folder.

We do not sell client documents or personal information.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

No online system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure. If you believe information shared with SetVision has been compromised, contact us promptly.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve audit history.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the relationship with SetVision.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, contractual, security, or operational reasons.

You may also choose not to provide certain information, though that may limit our ability to provide services or complete requested workflows.

Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, systems, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
